Writer's Productivity & Inspiration Box - Supply Drop for Writers

For the money, the lack of aesthetic quality of the bundle disappointed me. I wanted stuff that would delight me, but the first box I got was not charming. I am staying subscribed another month to see if it was a fluke. The next box is October and that’s pretty easy for art/design.

I have to start by saying that the customer service is fantastic. My first delivery was marked as delivered, but never arrived. I reached out, asking if they could possibly send a replacement, fully expecting that this wouldn't be covered by their replacement/return policy...They sent me a new package at no cost to me, and it arrived within a week. Really nice and impressive for a smaller company! The first box (July) didn't feel quite as stuffed as I would have liked, but because of my experience with their customer service I gave it another shot the next month. And I am so glad I did, because the August box was a massive improvement. One thing I wished had come in the July box was writing prompts, advice on how to use the products included...And all of that appeared in the August box! I'm not in a position to regularly subscribe, but I look forward to future boxes, and I do intend to keep ordering one box at a time when I'm able!

I love the idea of the box. When I got the box it felt a little less than what I felt the value of it would have been. The time was pretty cool. I had to look it up to see the value of it. The note book looked cool. Love that it had a typewriter on it. I use and collect them. The pens were fun, along with the notepad. The added note card with the use for the timer was nice. I think that visually it all felt a little short of the value. Maybe add more challenging uses for ach of the items. A way to add value, without adding cost of product. I am looking forward to see where this box goes.
